Dr Patel is an amazing doctor, I came to her after having my 2nd daughter, and if it wasn’t for her, listening to how I was feeling and sharing her own personal experiences with me, then I wouldn’t be the person iam today, I still remember her kind words and support she gave me and when ever I feel low I always remember the time I had with her and her wise words, she has made me the strong individual that iam today, she is also amazing with my children, my 2year old used to be scared of the doctors but after seeing Dr Patel with my 2 year old,she now asks to see the doctor as she was so reassuring and nice, any patient who has the pleasure of this lovely doctor, will see the great care and support she gives.

Dr Patel always makes time to listen and hear what you have to say. She can empathise without patronising but she can also be bluntly honest without being hurtful. She will talk through any recommendations and explain fully why as well as making sure you understand. She has been a great asset to my local practice and I'm very sorry to see her leave. I wish we had more doctors like her.

Dr Patel is very friendly and made me feel very comfortable every time I visited the surgery. Dr Patel always helped me with any problems I had and always advise me the best way. She was always happy to listen to my problems and prescribe me with the correct medication. Dr Patel was one of the only doctors I liked to see as she was bgod at communicating and really helpful all the time.

I really like the practice, most of the time you can get an emergency appointment when needed the reception staff are friendly unlike alot of other practises I have been too! I think Dr Patel is a fantastic doctor she really takes time to listen to my problems and always finds relevant solutions, I don't feel like I'm just being pushed back out the door and am no better off. I feel reassured when I see her. Sometimes the practice runs late but it's expected, I've never been to a practice that doesn't run late and to be fair I don't usually wait much longer than my appointment time.
